The Root. To Rise Vision:

Where It All Began

Meg’s distinguished career began in the telecommunications practice of a Washington, DC law firm.

Her ascent continued through executive legal and management roles at a global telecommunications company, and the leading mobile industry association based in London.”

The Transition

In 2011, Meg’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to invest in disruptive tech and telecom startups.

After a decade abroad, she returned to NYC, co-founded an Edtech startup, and launched Frame Advisory, a strategy consultancy helping startups and small businesses thrive.

Meg’s “secret sauce” is her talent for turning skepticism into support, using intuition, communication, and strategic insight to overcome challenges.

She also co-founded Basswood Counsel, a boutique corporate law firm.

A University of Pennsylvania alumna and member of the DC Bar, Meg’s career showcases adaptability, resilience, and a passion for empowering entrepreneurs in today’s global market.
